1. Material and ink inspection
Supplier provides inspection report, incoming material inspection record, ink temperature and humidity control.
2. Exposure workshop
Temperature and humidity control, work and related personnel need to wear static clothing, as well as record production control diary.
3. Developing & Etching
Control of developer, etchant, chemicals. Concentration specific gravity, addition of record parameters and control of time within the required range.
4. AOI inner layer line inspection
Personnel certification, first sample record, differentiation of good and defective products.
5. Lamination
Lamination with fool-proofing design.
6. Drilling
Drill head scrap control and grinding records, broken pin inspection and handling procedures, first sample inspection records, whether there are hole deviations.
7. Plating
Plating solution preparation, time, strength of electric,control, test records.
8. Film lamination
Storage conditions, FIFO and shelf life, control methods
9. Hole plugging/Coating/Texting
Stencil alignment, ink viscosity specific gravity control, stencil management. Personnel picking and placing of boards.
10. HASL LF/OSP
Temperature, pressure, immersion time, availability of X-Ray measurement of tin thickness, film thickness control, rework process.
11. Outline
First part record, V-Cut inspection, parameter setting, depth, spacing, outline dimensions
12. Electrical testing/quality inspection
Test board differentiation/marking, personnel certification, repair actions, inspection actions.
13、Packaging
The boards are vacuum packed in accordance with regulations, with the humidity indicator cards, material number, quantity and customer requirements.
